Side Dishes...

Orange Jello Salad

1 small box cooked vanilla pudding mix
1 small box cooked tapioca pudding mix
1 small box orange jello
8 oz. cool whip
2 small cans madnarin oranges

In a sauce pan put 3 cups cold water with tapioca and vanilla pudding mixes and orange jello. Heat on medium heat until it thickens or boils. Drain and add mandarin oranges. Place in refrigerator to cool Cool in a glass or ceramic bowl. It will not set up right in a plastic container. It will take several hours to set up. I like to make it the night before and add the cool whip before serving. After cool whip has sat out a while to soften, add to the rest and fold in well. Can easily be doubled!


Coco-Mallow Fruit Salad (5 Cup Salad)

1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. mandarin oranges (drained)
1 c. pineapple chunks (drained)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. coconut (less if desired)

Combine all ingredients. Double, triple, etc. as necessary. Best if made and refrigerated a few hours or the night before. Stir before serving.
