Zucchinni Bread

3 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchinni
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. nuts (optional)
Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
